 Although I always strive to resolve disputes out of a courtroom setting, I selectively represent fiduciaries and beneficiaries in litigation regarding administration of estates and trusts. 

 I handle everything from simple wills to complex estate plans. I have assisted over 100 families with settling the estates of their loved ones efficiently and at a reasonable cost.  

 My services include drafting all varieties of trusts, including special needs trusts, minors’ trusts, and other specialized trusts, petitions to modify or terminate trusts, and assistance with trust administration. 

  I review, negotiate and draft all manner of contracts, including employment agreements, employment termination agreements, prenuptial agreements (usually for second marriages), contracts for the sale of businesses, and business dissolution agreements.

  My services in this area of the law include choice of entity advice, forming limited liability companies, limited and general partnerships, and corporations, and drafting shareholder agreements, partnership agreements, limited liability company operating agreements, by laws, and buy/sell agreements.

  I provide general business advice and services to a variety of businesses, including manufacturers, brokers, retailers, professional service providers, medical and dental practices and investment advisers.

  My clients include a national retailer (store leases), shopping center owners, and residential and commercial landlords. I routinely handle agreements of sale, financing documents, leases, and easements.
